2 eggs
100 grams sugar
20 ml orange juice
100 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
In a bowl, beat 2 egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gradually add 2 egg yolks, 100g sugar and 20ml orange juice and mix well.
Sift 100g flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder into the mixture and fold in carefully.
Line a 24cm baking tin with baking paper and pour in the mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
Allow the cake to cool.
For the cream:
480 g peaches in syrup (keep 4 pieces)
500 ml cream (33% fat)
200 g yoghurt
300 g cream cheese
100 grams sugar
18 g gelatine
120 ml water
