INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
Ingredients for Brownie biscuit:
3 eggs
240 g of sugar
140 g of softened butter
120 g of flour
6.6 g of vanilla sugar
5 g of baking powder
30 g of cocoa
80 g of dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
1.5 – 2 dl of milk for soaking the biscuits
Fromage:
450 g of white chocolate
225 g of sweet cream for whipping cream
450 g of sweet cream for whipping cream
5 sheets of gelatin
Juice of 1 lemon/lime

1.5 dl of water

180 g of sugar
