CHEESECAKE.. BETTER THAN FROM THE CONFECTIONERY…And this recipe works for everyone….

The preparation of this cake looks quite simple, and here are the ingredients needed to make this cake:
For the base, first mix 300 grams of ground biscuits with 150 grams of melted butter or margarine and add 50 to 100 ml of juice of your choice or milk to get a compact mixture. Press this crumbly mass into the bottom of a 26 cm diameter mold and put it in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
For the filling, mix 500 grams of cream cheese (such as Philadelphia, ABC or mascarpone), 300 ml of sweet cream and 200 grams of powdered sugar in a large bowl. Gradually add the whipped cream to the cheese, mixing until you get a smooth mixture.
Then add the dissolved gelatin bag, which you previously prepared according to the instructions on the bag and dissolved in 100 ml of milk. Mix well and spread the mixture on the biscuit base, flatten it and put it in the fridge to set.

For the fruit layer, mix 500 grams of fruit (such as raspberries, cherries, strawberries or blackberries) with 200 ml of water, 3 bags of vanilla sugar and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Cook the mixture until it boils, then cook for another 5 minutes.

Remove from the heat and add a bag of gelatin, previously prepared according to the instructions. Allow the mixture to cool before applying it to the filling. Put the cake back in the fridge to allow the fruit layer to set. After everything has set, your cake is ready to be served and enjoyed!
