INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:

Egg: 1,
Sweetened condensed milk: 3 tablespoons (60g)
Dry yeast: 1 teaspoon (3g)
Milk: 0.6 cups (140 ml), lukewarm
Bread flour or wheat flour: 2 cups (300g)
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon (3g)
Unsalted butter: 2 tablespoons (28g), softened, plus extra for spreading and dressing
Egg wash: 1 egg, beaten
Equipment:
Mold size: 20x20cm (8″x8″)

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Prepare the yeast:
In a small bowl, mix lukewarm milk with active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes foamy, which means the yeast is active and ready to use.
Knead the dough:
In a large mixing bowl, lightly beat the egg. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
Add the foamy yeast mixture to the bowl and stir.
