Ice wind is one of the favorite refreshing fruit cakes. However, many people avoid it because of the long preparation time. However, we found a quicker version of this cake that is just as delicious.
What makes it different from the standard iced style is the cookie. In other words, instead of a standard biscuit with egg whites, there are so-called cookies. This recipe was shared by food blogger Marko Strižak.

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
ten egg yolks
200g of sugar
two vanilla puddings
50g of fine flour
800ml of milk + milk for soaking the cookies
200g of butter or margarine at room temperature
Fruit (usually a combination of strawberries, bananas and kiwi)
500ml of fresh cream
Petit Kekes
