GRANDMA’S WALNUT….PERFECT WITHOUT FLAW

Ingredients

2 egg yolks
3 large tablespoons of sugar
2 pinches of salt
4 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of cream (Milleram)
3 dcl of warm milk
10 g of yeast (fresh) I used, but you can also use 7 g of dry
500 g of smooth flour Podravka
For the walnut filling
300 g of ground walnuts
100 g of sugar
1 Vanilla sugar Dolcela
2 dcl boiling milk
Grandma’s was with 500g of walnuts and 150g of sugar, I reduced it a
little
. Beat 2 egg yolks, add sugar + vanilla sugar, a little salt, oil, a spoonful of cream and 3 dcl of milk. Heat it all over low heat so that it is lukewarm, not hot, and add yeast (crumble fresh or pour instant), then mix in 300g of flour.
