The best roulade recipe ever, wonderful sponge roulade with strawberries!

INGREDIENTS:

For the dough:
75g flour
50 g cornstarch
4 egg(s), separated
3 tablespoons water
75g sugar
1 pinch(s) of salt
For the filling:
250 g strawberries, fresh
1 tbsp lemon(s), juice from it
1 tbsp jam (strawberry jam)
100 ml sparkling wine or mineral water
2 egg yolks
70g powdered sugar
4 sheets of gelatin
200 g whipped cream, well chilled
Aside from that:
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
