ONLY 2 INGREDIENTS: The most delicious orange jam/marmalade….

REQUIRED INGREDIENTS:

1600g of peeled oranges (the peel is about 2.5kg)
200g of chopped orange peel
1kg of sugar

WAY OF PREPARATION:

Before the actual preparation, it is necessary to wash the oranges well, because of course they have been sprayed. I scrubbed them with warm water with the rough side of the sponge and left them in a baking soda solution for several hours (2 tablespoons of soda per 2 liters of water). You can do this in a large bowl or sink.
Peel the oranges, leaving the beautiful peel intact. Remove as much of the white peel as possible from the inside of the peel (remove the white peel because it contains bitterness), thin out part of the orange peel, and then finely chop the peel. 200 g of clean bark is required.
Chop the oranges as well.
Add chopped oranges, zest and sugar to the pan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. After half an hour, grind everything with a stick blender or take it out with a slotted spoon and mix it into small pieces. Continue to cook until the jam thickens, stirring to prevent burning.
