Ingredients:
For the crust:
2 cups of soft flour,
2 cups of sugar,
3/4 cup of cocoa,
2 teaspoons of baking powder,
1 teaspoon of baking soda,
a pinch of salt,
a spoonful of espresso coffee (not liquid, but coffee powder ),
a cup of milk,
half a cup of oil,
2 eggs,
a cup of hot water,
vanilla sugar
Chocolate filling:
1 ½ margarine,
a cup of cocoa,
5 cups of powdered sugar (regular sugar is fine, but powdered sugar is finer),
half a cup of milk,
vanilla sugar ,
a teaspoon of espresso coffee (powder for espresso coffee)
