Baked for the first time and PERFECTLY… GREAT CAKE, simple and quick!

Ingredients

Biscuits
10 kg of sugar
20 kg of margarine
10 dkg of cooking chocolate
4 tablespoons of flour
1 baking powder
4 Eggs
Cream
20 dkg cooking chocolate
0.5 l sweet cream
1 tablespoon sugar

Preparation:

Beat egg yolks and sugar, add melted margarine and chocolate, flour mixed with baking powder and finally egg whites (mix in egg whites slowly, not with a mixer).
Bake (in a pan approx. 20x35cm) at 180°C for about 20 minutes… it depends on the oven… check with a fork when it’s done.
Making the filling:
Heat the sweet cream, chocolate and sugar over low heat (stirring slowly) until it boils.

25 dkg of ground biscuits
