DO NOT BAKE OR COOK: FRUIT CAKE WITH COOKIES IN 15 MINUTES

When you have unexpected guests, prepare this delicious and simple cake.


Ingredients:

400 ml of sour cream 20% mm
4-5 spoons of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
250 g of whipped cream
350 ml of carbonated water
70-100 g of chocolate of your choice
250-315 g of sponge cake
250 ml of juice
200-250 g of fruit (of your choice)
300 g banana (1 large or 2 smaller bananas)
1 spoonful of plasma for sprinkling

Preparation:

Combine cream, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Whip the whipped cream with sour water. Divide into three equal parts, then separate 1/3 of the whipped cream. Finely chop the chocolate and combine with 2/3 of the whipped cream. Dip the biscuits in the juice and arrange them in the mold. Spread the biscuits with 1/2 of the sour cream mixture. Arrange fruit (raspberries and blackberries) or whatever you choose on top of that. Spread half of the mixture of whipped cream and chocolate over the fruit. It’s the turn of the biscuits you dipped in juice again.
