2 teaspoons baking soda (15 g)

900 ml of milk
250 g of sugar
7 tablespoons of semolina
200 g butter minimum 80% fat – at room temperature
peel from 2 organic/untreated lemons
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
350 g of apricot jam
