Bohemian fasting cake

This Bohemian Lenten Cake is a decadent combination of moist crust, rich chocolate cream, rich frosting and whipped cream, making it an opulent dessert perfect for special occasions during Lent.

INGREDIENTS

For the top:
450 g of flour
200 g of sugar
50 g of cocoa
150 g of ground walnut kernels
500 ml of water
100 ml of oil
4 tablespoons of strawberry jam
1 bag of baking powder
1 essence of rum
Salt powder
For the syrup:
200 g of sugar
400 ml of water
1 spoon of cocoa
50 g margarine
Rum essence
For the glaze:
8 spoons of powdered sugar
8 tablespoons of oil
8 tablespoons of water
3 spoons of cocoa
For the cream:
200 g fasting chocolate
200 g of whipping cream
200 g whipped cream
Decor:
400 ml whipped cream
