Lent Recipe – Homemade Soft and Fluffy Donuts (with Yeast Dough) – Best Lent Donuts

Ingredients needed:

800-900 g of flour
25-30 g fresh yeast
3 spoons of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
400 ml warm water
1 packet of vanilla sugar or 1 ampoule of vanilla essence
Grated peel from 1 lemon
100 ml of oil
250 ml sparkling water
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar for serving
