COZONAC WITH NUTELLA INSERT

COZONAC WITH NUTELLA INSERT

INGREDIENTS

200 ml of milk
200 g sugar (50g + 100g + 10g bourbon vanilla sugar + 80g)
25 g of yeast
500 g flour (100g + 400g)
5 g egg whites
1 teaspoon of salt + 1 pinch of salt
15 ml vanilla essence
80 g butter (at room temperature)
20 ml oil + a little oil for greasing the mold
5 egg whites
250 g ground walnut
30 g of cocoa
400 g Nutella
300 g of melted chocolate
80 g finely chopped hazelnuts
