Homemade lemon cakes – Fine, tender, delicious and aromatic, they simply melt in your mouth!

Ingredients needed for the dough (18 pieces):

80 g of butter
100 g of sugar
1 egg
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
170 g of flour approximately
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Other ingredients:
1 pinch of ground ginger – optional
1 ground cardamom powder – optional
1 pinch ground turmeric – optional
Grated peel from 1 lemon
These ingredients can be replaced with 1 teaspoon of “Ginger Lemon Tea and Coffee Spices”
Ingredients needed for the cream:
200 g of condensed milk
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
All ingredients should be at room temperature. This is very important.
