15 MINUTE STRAWBERRY CAKE THAT WORKS LIKE ICE CREAM

HOW IS IT PREPARED?
Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy. This will be the base for your cream.
Now it’s time to assemble the cake. Start with the sponge base. Dip each sponge cake in milk and place them on the bottom of a cake pan, ideally measuring 20 x 27 cm.
Spread a thin layer of the prepared cream evenly on the sponge layer.
Spread half of the prepared strawberries over the cream so that they are nicely distributed over the entire surface of the cake.
After you have stacked the strawberries, put the cream on them again, this time a thicker layer so that all the layers are well connected.
Repeat the process with the sponge cake, cream and strawberries to create a second layer.
Put the remaining cream on top of the cake and spread it nicely so that it covers the entire surface of the cake.
As a final touch, sprinkle grated white chocolate over the top of the cake to add a decorative and delicious element.
Put the cake in the refrigerator so that it cools down and hardens.
