Zuchini cake

Ingredients

Zucchini cake ingredients:
270g flour ​
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 tsp baking soda
4 eggs

2 tsp vanilla paste
300g sugar​
250 ml sunflower oil
250 g grated zucchini

Ingredients for cream cheese frosting:
120 g cream cheese
2 tsp butter (room temperature)
100 g powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp vanilla paste

Instructions

How to prepare the juicy zucchini cake:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat
Grease a loaf tin and then flour it.

In a large bowl, add the flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and baking soda and mix everything together well. The bowl can then be placed to the side.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla paste together with a hand mixer for about 3 minutes until everything is well mixed together.
Then add the sunflower oil and stir it in thoroughly again.
