Zimtgedrehte Donuts

Prepare a plate with a stack of paper towels and a container/plate with white sugar and cinnamon powder. Set aside until ready to use, but make sure it isn’t too far away from you.

Fry the donuts in very hot oil. Be careful not to overcrowd the pan.

When ready, place the fried donuts on a stack of paper towels for a few seconds. Pour into prepared container with white sugar and cinnamon mixture and roll donuts until well coated.
