You have 2 potatoes and one egg!!! As I didn’t remember this recipe before…

Preparation

Wash the potatoes, wash them well, put them in a pot and boil them. When the potatoes are soft, drain the water and mash the potatoes.
Season the puree to your own taste: salt, pepper and pepper.
Mix chopped parsley and cornstarch into the potatoes until the dough thickens.
Form small balls from the prepared dough, then flatten them slightly with a rolling pin. Dip each puff pastry first into the eggs and then into the breadcrumbs.
Pour enough oil into the pan and fry the leaves on both sides until golden brown.
