Yogurt cheesecake: an incredible taste that will surprise everyone!

Ingredients

4 eggs
75 g sugar
340 g Greek yogurt
45 g corn starch
45 g baking powder
Lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

preparation

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat with the sugar until fluffy. Then add yogurt, starch, yeast, lemon zest and vanilla.
