Yeast cake with poppy seeds

Ingredients

400 g of poppy seed mass
300 g of wheat flour
1 whole egg
1 yolk
0.5 cups of warm milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
80 g melted butter
7 g of dry yeast
Icing
100 g of dark chocolate
80 ml heavy cream
Additionally
a handful of chopped nuts
almond flakes

Preparation

1. Put the flour, egg, egg yolk, sugar, dry yeast, milk and melted butter into a bowl. Knead the dough by hand or using a robot.
2. Cover the bowl with a cloth and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour to rise.
3. After the time has elapsed, place the dough on a board sprinkled with flour and form a rectangle. The longer side of the rectangle should be approximately equal to the circumference of our mold.
4. Roll the dough into a roll and place it in a previously greased form.
