World’s Best Peach Pie! Everyone is looking for a recipe for this dessert! no baking!


For the dough:

3 m.-sized eggs
2 tbsp water
75 g sugar
100 g flour
¾ pack of baking powder
For the filling:
½ can of peaches, 850 ml each
1 ½ cups of cream, 250 ml
each 1 pack of vanilla sugar
2 packs. Cream stiffener
1 cup of sour cream, 250 ml each
¼ liter of passion fruit juice
3 packs of sauce powder, vanilla, for 500 ml of liquid
1 tbsp of flaked almonds


Total time approx. 3 hours

Separate the eggs, put the egg whites and 2 tablespoons of cold water in a bowl and beat until stiff.

Let the sugar trickle in little by little. Stir in the egg yolk. Mix the flour and baking powder, sift over it and fold in carefully.

Spread into a springform pan lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove 200°C/gas stove level 3) for 15-18 minutes.

Remove from the mold and let cool.

Drain the peaches in a sieve, collecting the juice. Dice the fruit except for 2-3 halves for decoration.

Beat 1 cup of cream until stiff and sprinkle in vanilla sugar and cream setting agent.
