Vegetarian lasagne with spinach and ricotta

spinach and lasagne sheets “swallow” a lot of seasoning!).
For the tomato sauce, mix all the ingredients and season to taste.

Now layer the lasagna as follows:
(1) – A thin layer of tomato sauce
(2) – Lasagna sheets (3-4 pieces)
(3) – Spinach sauce
(4) – Tomato sauce

Repeat steps (2)-(4) two more times to create 3 layers.
Finally, sprinkle the lasagne with the grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Remove from the oven, let rest for 5-10 minutes and then cut.

Notes and tips
Not all Parmesan cheese is vegetarian. If necessary, please follow the instructions on the packaging.
