6 tbsp rolled oats, or 1/4 cup more flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon, optional
1/4 tsp + 1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup mashed banana
2/3 cup milk of choice
1 tbsp oil OR additional mashed banana
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tsp white or cider vinegar
1-2 tbsp sweetener of choice
sliced banana as desired
