Ingredients:
120 g flour
50 g butter
100 g jam (strawberry, if possible without added sugar)
200 g yoghurt (vanilla, without added sugar)
200 ml milk
4 egg(s)
Preparation:
1. Simply mix vanilla yogurt with milk, eggs and flour. Melt a quarter of the butter in a pan and add a quarter of the dough.
2. Then bake until golden brown on both sides. Bake three more pancakes in the same way.
