▢2 teaspoons vanilla extract
▢1 cup whole milk room temperature
Chocolate Moose
▢1 tablespoon water
▢¾ teaspooon gelatin powder
▢6 ounces baking chocolate (milk or semi-sweet)
▢1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream cold, divided
▢1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Whipped Chocolate Ganache
▢8 ounces baking chocolate (milk or semi-sweet)
▢¾ cup heavy whipping cream cold
▢1 tablespoon unsalted butter cold
▢2 tabelspoons sprinkles optional
