Ingredients
– 4 eggs
– 125 g of powdered sugar
– 125 g of flour
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a rectangular baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and caster sugar until the mixture doubles in volume and becomes foamy.
3. Add the vanilla extract and mix.
