Ultra-creamy cheesecake with addictive factor 10


For the dough

140 g crushed oat flakes or cookies

60 g ground walnuts

120 g butter

20 g honey

For the filling

600 g quark

270 g cream cheese

40 g honey

1 pc egg

1 tbsp vanilla flavored pudding powder


For the glaze

150 g white chocolate

20 g cooking chocolate

30 g coconut fat


1. Mix the ingredients for the base together and spread them in a cake tin lined with baking paper.

2. Then spread the dough evenly over the entire base and edges and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approx. 8 – 10 minutes.

3. Next, mix the quark with cream cheese until smooth and gradually stir in the egg, honey and pudding powder.

I used homemade puree, which was quite sweet, so the filling tastes best with sweetener. Spread the filling on the pre-baked dough and bake at 155 °C for another 50 minutes.
