Ingredients:
For the dough:
4 eggs (200 g)
1 pinch of salt
50 g sugar
160 g flour
25 g cocoa powder
500 ml milk
30 ml vegetable oil
For the chocolate cream:
55 g dark chocolate
55 g hot cream
230 g very cold cream
20 g powder – or granulated sugar
For the white cream:
250 g cream
30 g powdered or granulated sugar
Preparation:
For the dough: Mix eggs, salt, sugar and milk in a bowl.
Then add sifted flour and cocoa.
Mix with a mixer until a smooth and homogeneous mass is obtained.
Finally work in the oil.
Prepare the crepes in a lightly greased pan
by pouring a ladleful of the mixture and frying on both sides.
