Here is an ultra-soft dessert that you absolutely must try! This Turkish flan is very soft in the mouth. The toasted almonds add crunch. As for the spread, it brings a delicious touch of indulgence.

MY LITTLE INFORMATION:

I invite you to ideally prepare the flans the day before they are eaten. You will need to leave the desserts for at least 4 hours, or even overnight, in the fridge.

Do not hesitate to place the spread in the microwave for a few seconds to relax it before poaching. Moreover, I invite you to do the poaching just before tasting. Indeed, if you keep your flans in the refrigerator again, the spread will harden and will not be very pleasant in the mouth.
