TOFFIK – CAKE WITHOUT BAKING

Toffik is a no-bake cake that takes 40 minutes to prepare. Yes, that’s how long it took me to prepare this cake.

When I made it for the first time, I had no idea that it would be so tasty, after all, the ingredients are quite simple and unsophisticated. However, the cake is extremely delicious, it will stay on the table longer when it is well over +20 degrees outside.

The sweetness (but not too much, I might add) of the toffee is wonderfully offset by the salty nuts, and they combine perfectly in terms of taste. It is soft and easy to cut. I think children will be delighted with it, at least mine were, very much so.
If you don’t buy toffee-flavored pudding, you can use another one, chocolate or even cream. This will certainly change the taste of the mass slightly, but the effect will certainly be satisfactory.

What ingredients are needed to make a cake?

35 dkg of cocoa biscuits
1 can of 510 g of caymak mass
700 ml of milk
10 dkg of butter
2 toffee-flavored puddings

100 ml of 30% cream
2 milk chocolates (total 20 dkg)
salted peanuts
