Tiramisu cake from the tray

Ingredients

for the dough:
250 g butter
1 pack vanilla sugar
200 g sugar
6 egg(s)
250 g flour
100 g almond(s), ground, without skin
1 pack baking powder
100 g whipping cream
Fat for the tray
For the topping:
200 g whipped cream
750 g mascarpone
750 g low-fat quark
175 g sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar 1 pack
cream stiffener
3 tbsp espresso, cold, for soaking
250 g biscuits
3 tbsp cocoa powder, for dusting

Preparation

For the batter, stir the butter, vanilla sugar and sugar until creamy. Stir in the eggs well one at a time. Mix the flour, almonds and baking powder and briefly stir in the whipped cream. Spread the dough on a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 175° top/bottom heat for about 20 minutes. Let cool down.
