Three lentils: A recipe for sponge cake that is said to be the juiciest in the world

Preparation

Beat egg whites and gradually add sugar and vanilla sugar.. When they are well beaten, add egg yolks one by one, mix and slowly add flour mixed with baking powder.. When adding flour, turn off the mixer to the lowest speed and just mix gently. .

Pour the mixture into a pan lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. Let the patispan cool a little, then take it out of the pan and pierce it in several places with a knife. Pour the sweet cream into the pan and then put it on top. sponge cake turned upside down (the part that was on top now goes down)..Let it stand for about 10 minutes, then mix the milk and condensed milk and pour it over the sponge cake on top..Let it stand for a while so that the milk absorbs well, then coat it with caramel cream..Good cool and enjoy this wonderful cake..

Note: for this cake, it is very important that you get a good caramel cream because it is the key ingredient for the nice taste of this cake.. I use confectioner’s caramel in half kg buckets.. The pan in which I baked the cake is 20×30.. !!
