This vegetable roll can be prepared in just 30 minutes!

Preparation

First we put the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper and beat well for a while. Then we add the flour and mix until a homogeneous liquid is obtained.

We keep this mixture for a while and start washing and peeling the potatoes (you can do this step beforehand). We grate the potatoes with the coarsest part of the grater, and we do the same with the carrots.
We put all the potato and carrot peel in the bowl and mix everything well. Finally we added the onion previously chopped.
Now all you have to do is find the 30×30 pan, put parchment paper on it (or heat-resistant and non-stick paper) and pour the entire mixture into the bowl.
Using a spoon we try to distribute the mixture so that we have an even base. We send the form to a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
When the time is up, we take it out of the oven and let it cool to room temperature. We take the slices of ham and cheese and place them on this “base” of vegetables.
We add the aromatic herbs over the filling and distribute them over the entire surface. Now all you have to do is roll it up with the help of parchment paper.
We leave this roll on a plate and send it to the oven for 10 minutes at 180 ° C. After the minutes we take it out of the oven and let it cool a little.
And that’s it, you can cut it and serve it. If you want to add more flavor, you can add some additional ingredients to the filling, the decision is yours.
