This Creamy, Smooth Banana Cake Is SO Delicious And Ready In Just A Few Moments!

Preparation:

Base: mix the flour and salt in a bowl. Add the butter and mix everything with a fork so that it becomes crumbly. Add water and mix everything into a smooth dough. Now form a ball of dough and place it on a surface dusted with flour. Roll it out and, pressing gently, place it in a cake pan.
Filling: preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the cake base for 10-15 minutes and then let it cool down again. Cut two bananas into small pieces and spread them over the cake base. Put the 400 ml milk in a bowl and mix in the pudding powder until mixed
smooth dough is created. Mix the whipped foam with 80 ml of milk (see the instructions on the packaging). Now add 2/3 of the whipped foam to the pudding-milk dough from just now and stir everything well. Now pour everything onto the cake base and put the cake in the fridge for an hour. Spread the rest of the whipped foam over the cake and decorate it with a few banana slices.
