These things are so delicious, gratinated minced meat rolls in 2 minutes

Ingredients

1 kg minced meat, seasoned beef or lamb
2 large onions
200 g cheese (Gouda)
2 eggs
1 tbsp tomato paste

 

1 tbsp breadcrumbs
a little nutmeg
paprika, ground
butter
10 rolls

Preparation

First cut the rolls open and spread them well with butter. Mix the mince well with the eggs and breadcrumbs.
Then stir in the remaining ingredients and season. Divide the mixture between the bun halves and then bake in a preheated oven at 200-220°C for approx. 15-20 minutes.
