THERE IS NO BETTER COMBINATION: Sweet Roll With Bananas And Chocolate

I’m preparing you a wonderful, sweet roll, chocolate and bananas are the main ingredients, and that combination is always perfect.
You can choose some details as you wish, such as: cake decoration or how to turn the roll before decorating.
The cake is otherwise quite simple to prepare and does not require a lot of decoration work.
For the biscuit we will need:
5 eggs
5 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of flour
1/2 baking powder
1 tablespoon of cocoa
For the cream:
3 eggs
100 g sugar
200 g cooking chocolate
150 g margarine or butter at room temperature
4 bananas
For the ganache:
200 g of whipping cream
200 g of chocolate for cooking
as desired white chocolate for sprinkling

PREPARATION:

CREAM FOR BANANA ROLLS
In a metal bowl or pot, make eggs and sugar.
Put it to steam for about 15-20 minutes.
Add the chocolate and stir until completely melted.
Transfer to another bowl and leave to cool. It is not necessary to put transparent foil, because the steamed creams will not catch the crust.
Make a little cream.
Add cut margarine or butter at room temperature, combine the mixture.
