The Pizza Burger Pie

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

In a 10-inch skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the salt.

Spread the cooked beef and onion mixture evenly in the prepared pie plate. Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese over the top.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Original Bisquick™️ mix, milk, and eggs until well blended. Pour the mixture over the beef and cheese in the pie plate, ensuring even distribution.

Place the pie plate in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Once cooked, remove the Pizza Burger Pie from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. This allows the pie to set and makes it easier to slice and serve.
