The original recipe for Saher cake: Proven to be the tastiest in the world

The base of the crust is cut into two parts in the middle, the first half of the crust is spread with jam, the second half of the crust is placed on the cake and the whole cake is spread with the rest of the jam.

Leave it to dry for 30 minutes. The jam needs to be slightly warmed up and rubbed through a strainer.

Soft chocolate glaze is made by preparing a syrup of 125 ml of water and 200 g of sugar, which are brought to a boil until the sugar dissolves.
