THE MOST DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE CAKE: LICKING FINGERS

Ingredients:

– 60 g of butter
– 150 g of powdered sugar
– 60 g of sesame oil
– 2 eggs
– 300 g of flour
– 30 g of powdered milk
– 20 g of cocoa powder
– a little salt
– 1 teaspoon of baking soda
– 180 g of milk chocolate
– 200 ml of milk
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract
For the filling:
– 320 g of milk chocolate
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– a pinch of salt
– 200 ml of sweet cream for whipping cream

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 180°C. Grease 2 round cake molds (diameter 20-25 cm) with butter and dust them with flour.
Beat butter with sugar, oil and eggs until everything is well combined. Mix sifted flour, milk powder, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
Add flour, melted chocolate, half the milk and extracts to the butter mixture. Beat until combined, then reduce the speed of the mixer and slowly add the rest of the milk.
