The incredibly creamy NY Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

For the base:
200 g shortbread(s)
100 g butter
For the topping:
200 g sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
600 g cream cheese
200 g low-fat quark
150 g cream
1 egg(s)
2 tbsp lemon juice
For the icing:
250 g sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation:

Crumble the shortbread cookies, mix well with the melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5 – 10 minutes, then take out.

Mix the sugar with the starch, cream cheese and low-fat quark until creamy. Add the egg, cream and lemon juice and stir until smooth. Do not beat with the mixer, but stir slowly until creamy, this is very important.
