For the top, separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites together with the sugar until stiff, then add the yolks, the oil and, finally, the flour sifted and mixed with the baking powder.
We line a 30*35 tray with baking paper and transfer the composition into it. We put the tray in the oven preheated to 170 degrees Celsius and bake the top for 20 minutes.

For the filling, cut the apples into pieces. We put them in a saucepan with half the amount of water and, after it boils, we boil for another 5 minutes.

Mix the remaining water with the pudding powder and sugar, then pour this mixture over the apples.
Boil until the composition thickens.

We pour the cream over the cold counter and wait until the cream cools down as well.
Beat the liquid cream until it becomes foamy, then mix it with the cheese and the sugar until smooth.
We spread the composition over the cold cream.

If you like, the cake can be dusted with cinnamon.
