Ingredients
Ingredients for the cherry filling:
500 g cherries (frozen)
70 g corn starch
150 g sugar
150 ml water
Ingredients for the dough:
3 egg yolks
Pinch of salt
80 g powdered sugar
80 g melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Ingredients for the yogurt filling:
500 g Greek yogurt
50 g corn starch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 egg whites
Pinch of salt
130 g sugar
instructions
Mix the thawed cherries in a large pot and pour off any excess water. Add cornstarch, sugar and water and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until jam thickens. When the mixture is thick, remove the pan from the heat and let it cool.
