The cake is simply unbeatable, fresh Calypso cake that always works

Ingredients

For the batter
1 pack of vanilla sugar
a little salt
200 g flour
200 g butter
120 g sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

 

for the topping
2 cups of cream
2 packets of vanilla sugar
2 cups of sour cream
2 cans of tangerines
100 g Calypso Instant Mix Orange (instant drink powder Orange)
for garnish
120 g yoghurt chocolate

Preparation

1. Drain the tangerines. Make a batter from the ingredients listed and fill it into a springform pan lined with baking paper. Now bake the base for 30 minutes at 170 °C. Let cool down.
2. Then place a cake edge around the base. For the topping, mix the sour cream and spread it on the base. Spread the tangerines on top.
