Tender and aromatic home-made biscuits – Prepared from 320g of flour, 2 eggs, 100g of cream, 100g of butter and…

preparation:

We sift the flour into a bowl. We add the baking powder, salt, castor and vanilla sugar, butter cubes and knead by hand until we get a crumbly dough.

We add the cream, the egg and knead again, until we get a homogeneous dough. We cover the dough thus obtained with a clean kitchen towel and leave it at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Afterwards, we spread the dough to a thickness of 5-7 mm. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle 2-3 spoons of sugar on top. Portion into triangular pieces and transfer the biscuits thus obtained to a tray lined with baking paper. We leave a little space between them.

Put the tray in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes. After baking, we can dust them with powdered sugar.
