320 g of flour, approximately
2 spoons of sugar for the dough
1 pinch of salt
8 g vanilla sugar

Grated peel from 1 lemon – optional
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg for the dough
100 g sour cream
100 g of butter

1 egg for greasing
2-3 tablespoons of sugar, on top
Powdered sugar for decoration
