425 g flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
200 g sugar
2 packets vanilla sugar
3 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
250 g margarine
Ingredients for the filling:
250 g butter (sweet cream)
1 kg quark (low-fat level)
250 g sugar
2 packets of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
4 eggs
Ingredients for the topping:

2 cans tangerines, drained

INSTRUCTIONS

Start with the dough by mixing the flour, cocoa, baking powder, sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add eggs and margarine and knead everything into a smooth dough. Then let the dough cool.
Knead the dough briefly and place two thirds of it on a greased baking tray.
