Tangerine dessert Simple but delicious

Ingredients:

1.5 kilos of quark
400 ml cream
4 cans of tangerines
5 packs of cream stiffener
4 packs of vanilla sugar (a fresh vanilla pod would be best, I didn’t have any left)
Sweeten with agave syrup if desired
A pack of frozen cream puffs.

Preparation:

Beat the cream until stiff.
Sweeten the quark with a little mandarin orange juice and agave syrup and also add three packs of cream stiffener.
Fold in the cream and add the tangerines. Mix everything carefully. Pour half of the quark mixture into a baking dish or other shape,
