Take oats, cocoa and bananas and make a wonderful dessert without sugar

Preparation:

In a large container, mix the mashed bananas with the cocoa and the previously sautéed oatmeal. We mix well until we obtain a homogeneous and soft dough. This mixture will be the base and filling of our cake.
We divide the resulting mixture into two equal parts.

We prepare a 16 cm cake mold and grease it with a little odorless vegetable oil so that the dough does not stick.
We put the first part of the mixture in the mold and press it lightly so that it is well distributed and compact.
We cut the banana into thin slices and spread it on the first layer of dough in the mold.
We cover the second part of the mixture and smooth the surface with a spatula or spoon.
We put the cake in the fridge and let it rest for at least 1 hour. If we are in a hurry, we can put it in the freezer for about 15 minutes to harden.

Meanwhile, we melt the sugar-free chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and add a teaspoon of sunflower oil to give it shine and make it easier to handle.
We take the cake out of the fridge or freezer and carefully remove it from the mold.
We cover the surface of the cake with the melted chocolate and let it fall over the edges naturally.
If we want, we can decorate it with chopped walnuts to give it a crunchy touch and even more flavor.
And that’s it! The result is an incredibly delicious cake that will delight everyone, without guilt or regret. With this recipe we prove that it is possible to enjoy a delicious and at the same time healthy dessert. So don’t wait any longer, prepare this delicious sugar-free dessert and surprise your loved ones with a unique and unforgettable culinary experience.
